Delete your Tulivu account

In the app

1. Open Tulivu and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Deleting turns protection off, so it needs the same approval as a break: your key holder approves it, or in self mode you wait 24 hours. If you can't reach your key holder, you can wait 7 days instead.
4. Confirm with the code we email you. Your account is erased straight away.

If you have Always-on VPN switched on for Tulivu, turn it off in your phone's settings afterwards.

Without the app

Email hello@darkwolfai.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. The same rules as the app apply, because deleting turns protection off: if you have a key holder, they must approve it (or, if you can't reach them, a 7-day wait starts and they're told). In self mode the 24-hour wait applies.

What we delete

Your email, name, year of birth and sex, your lock and key holder link, streaks, your why, check-ins, urge sessions, devices, notification tokens, alerts and requests. It all goes at the same moment.

What we keep

• One anonymous row: an age range (like 25–34), sex, and the months you started and stopped. It has no name, email or account link.
• A note that an account was deleted, with no user details.
• Your key holder keeps the short message telling them your account was closed.
